For warranty claims, please send us an email to: admin@lithiumax.com.au with the following details:
1. Battery Serial No. (Available on the battery label)?
2. Purchase location and date?
3. Proof of purchase.
4. Installation details.
a. Vehicle or equipment battery is installed in?
b. Engine capacity and alternator/generator specs if non-OEM?
c. Vehicle application e.g. Circuit race car, drag car, road car, boat, aircraft etc?
d. Time battery operated correctly?
5. Circumstances that lead to the battery no longer charging or starting engine?
6. Estimate of time battery was below 8 volts?
7. Current battery voltage?
8. What is the make and model of the charger (if any) that was used on the battery?
9. How was the engine started when the battery could no longer do so?
10. Name, Phone No. and address.
We will then reply with either further questions or RMA no. and return address.

Lithiumax Warranty Statement
Your purchase of a Lithiumax battery is covered by the Lithiumax Manufacturer’s Warranty. Should any Lithiumax battery be deemed faulty by a Lithiumax representative within the specified warranty period using our standard battery test, it will be replaced free of charge with a battery of a similar type or specification. Proof of purchase is required. The benefits of this warranty are in addition to any benefits imposed by applicable law. For goods supplied in Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The Lithiumax Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear;
• Physical damage caused by external factors such as damage caused by impact;
• Effects of anti-sulphation or conditioning charging as per some lead-acid/AGM/GEL charger activity;
• Faulty connections, faulty external wiring or improper mounting;
• Failure to perform where the chosen battery is of lower capacity than what is required for the equipment in which it is being used;
• Broken or removed vent plugs; or
• Damage or faults caused by
(a) incorrect use or incorrect installation including battery registration for the vehicle;
(b) neglect or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions (before or during use);
(c) overcharging or undercharging;
(d) faulty vehicle charging systems;
(e) use of incorrect chargers or charger settings;
(f) repairs or modification undertaken by third parties without Lithiumax's consent; or
(g) storage for long periods of time, usually greater than 3 months (1 month for Bluetooth batteries) on fully charged batteries without maintenance charging.
• The battery markings have been tampered with.
Note: Warranty does not cover discharged batteries or diminished capacity due to battery age and depth of discharge where battery has been discharged below 8 Volts.
